NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010706-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO VISTA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is Plaintiff, and JAIME GUTIERREZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 201, Building 15, of Villa Del Sol At Meadow Woods Condominium No. 6, a Condominium, according to the records thereof recorded in Official Records Book 6999, Page 2826, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
