NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013446-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and BOBBY W. BROWN A/K/A BOBBY BROWN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
From a point of the North line of Section 18, Township 22 South, Range 33 East, 1316.01 feet South 89 degree 29 minutes 30 seconds East from the Northwest corner thereof, run South 42 degree 15 minutes 00 seconds East 791.00 feet to a steel rod and the point of Beginning; run thence South 47 degree 45 minutes 00 seconds West 1167.53 feet to the center of State Road 420, thence 260.11 feet South 42 degree 15 minutes 00 seconds East along the center line of State Road 420, thence North 47 degree 45 minutes 00 seconds East 1167.53 feet, thence North 42 degree 15 minutes 00 seconds West 260.11 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less the Southwesterly 33.00 feet for Right of Way of State Road 420.
Together with a 1998 Springer Mobile Home # N88645 A & B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
