RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 22, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019961-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and KEITH F. PAQUET A/K/A KEITH FRANK PAQUET, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF THE EAST 80.79 FEET OF LOTS 7 & 8, (LESS THE SOUTH 13 FEET OF LOT 8), BLOCK A. J.E. GROVES SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK F, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS DESCRIBED IN MORTGAGE BOOK 6634 PAGE 1809.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
