NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-013977-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (FNMA) is the Plaintiff and MARC B. GUISEPPI; DEANNA PARVIS GUISEPPI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CYPRESS CHASE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF ORANGE COUNTY, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 8/26/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
