NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000647-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN ESPE A/K/A BRIAN K. ESPE A/K/A BRIAN KEITH ESPE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block A, SHENANDOAH PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 93, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
