NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 16, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012CA-005836-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 is Plaintiff and CHERYL MALLARE, TIMOTHY MALLARE, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 81, Christina Groves Subdivision Unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 3, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
