NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, entered in Case No. 2011CA-006075-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jesse Hill by and through Shelley Hill his mother and natural guardian; Jeremiah Hill; Jordan Hill; Shelley Hill; Christian Parkerson; Time S. Parkerson are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70 THROUGH 74 OF UNRECORDED CENTRAL GROVE ESTATES, BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT PART OF THE EAST 250 FEET OF THE WEST 2640 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH OF A LINE WHICH IS 330 FEET MEASURED PERPENDICULARLY SOUTHERLY FROM AND PARALLEL WITH THE CENTERLINE OF THE COUNTY ROAD AND SOUTH OF SUCH CENTERLINE OF THE COUNTY ROAD. THE NORTHERLY 30 FEET THEREOF SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
TOGETHER WITH 1998 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME; VIN NUMBERS: JACFL19340A AND JACFL19340B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
