BAMBERG; ELIZABETH C. BAMBERG; CACH, LLC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED 1730, PAGE 1098, AND RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN DOUBLE WIDE 2001 REDM MOBILE HOME, VIN#FLA146C6020A, TITLE #83438262 AND VIN#FLA146C6020B, TITLE #83438102 SITUATED ON PROPERTY.
