NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA-007259-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE LP is Plaintiff and RYAN JAMES; CHERYL B. JAMES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

GRIFFIN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 4 WITH THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF REYNOLDS ROAD, RUN THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 4 A DISTANCE OF 416 FEET, THENCE DUE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 90 FEET, THENCE DUE EAST A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET, THENCE DUE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 65 FEET, THENCE DUE EAST A DISTANCE OF 216 FEET, THENCE DUE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
