NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14001608CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT4, is Plaintiff and TYTUS G. KALBERER, et al., are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: TAKE FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE THE WEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, SAND SOUCI, UNIT A, SAME BEING THE POINT OF INTERSECTION BETWEEN THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE A.C.L. OF A 146.2 FEET RADIUS CURVE TO THE LEFT; GO THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY LINE OF RIVER DRIVE AND ALONG SAID CURVE THOUGH AN ARC OF 62.29 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 24 DEGREES 34' 08” TO THE P.O.B.; CONTINUE ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY LINE OF RIVER DRIVE AND ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH AN ARC OF 135 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 53 DEGREES 09' 16” TO A POINT; GO THENCE S 33 DEGREES 39' E; 144 FEET MORE OF LESS, TO THE EDGE OF SHELL CREEK; GO THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE EDGE OF SHELL CREEK AND OF THE EXISTING CANAL 225 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT; GO THENCE N 2 DEGREES 14' W, 124 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE P.O.B.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
