CHATANOVA and ANATOLI NOVIKOFF, wife and husband; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 16th, 2015, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 17, Block 81, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT 6, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 67A through 67F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
