NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 15000693CA, in the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at: 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of August, 2015, the following described property:
Unit BV-6 of ADMIRALTY VILLAS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 283, Page 22, et seq., and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 3A through 3D, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
