NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13001948CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Ornane Firgueiredo A/K/A Ornane Lages Figueiredo, Dreyfus Acquisition Group LLC. as Trustee Under Land Trust Dated March 25, 2009 and Numbered 109, The Condominiums At Waterside Association, Inc., Rotonda Heights Conservation Association, Inc., The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Land Trust Dated March 25, 2009 and Numbered 109, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 14 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
