NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2015, and entered in 13000469CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, through, under or against the estate of robert f. misanko, jr. a/k/a robert f. misanko a/k/a robert misanko, jr. a/k/a bob misanko, deceased; SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 13, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF BLOCK A, SHELTON'S ADDITION TO HICKORY BLUFF, IN THE NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING ALSO DESCRIBED AS LOT 3 IN THE EAST HALF OF SAID BLOCK A.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
