NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion For Charging Order And Foreclosure Against The Partnership Interest of Charles L. Frisco dated July 8, 2015 in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex,3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor lobby, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of August, 2015, the following described property set forth in the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion For Charging Order And Foreclosure Against the Partnership Interest of Charles L. Frisco:
Defendant, Charles L. Frisco's, 25% interest in the Memorandum of Agreement dated January 15, 2013, as amended
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale , if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
