NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2015, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000033-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and LORNA J. LAWHUN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORNA J. LAWHUN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RIVIERA GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on August 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 607, RIVIERA GOLF ESTATES, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
