NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 15, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-050136, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, SELENE FINANCE LP is the Plaintiff, and MARK IWINSKI; JULIE A. IWINSKI; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK VILLAS I AT GATEWAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 17, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK A, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY- UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
