Final Judgment was awarded on April 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051740, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JASON P. FREDERICKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON P. FREDERICKS; CHEVY CHASE BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 26, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, PARKWOOD, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN OF PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 56-58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
