NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002855 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee for the Holders of the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2005-3, Adjustable Rate Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-3, Plaintiff and Stephanie Faye Parke are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 171, QUAIL HALLOW VILLAGE, UNIT 2, PHASE A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 11-15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
