NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court , Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 1, Building 21027, GLENDALE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 6840, Pages 427, as amended from time to time and all its attachments and amendments, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 21027 Voyager Blvd, #1 a/k/a #K1, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 12, 2015.
