NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium parcel known as Unit 66, CEDARWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE III, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 1685, Page 1084, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 47-54, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following property address: 4716 Wallingford Court, New Port Richey, Florida 34655.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 24, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
