NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA001420CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein CENLAR FSB is Plaintiff and SCOTT CHASE, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, ORCHID LAKE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF LOUISE C. SETARO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT CHASE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISE C. SETARO, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Louise C. Setaro, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of August, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 462, ORCHID LAKE VILLAGE UNIT EIGHT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 51 through 53, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
