NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003039-CAAX-WS J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff, and MARC R. ROGERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRANDON EMERY, are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 13th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
