NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 512012CA000972XXXXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and TODD L. BOWERS A/K/A TODD LYN BOWERS; MARLENE E. BOWERS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of August, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
