NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003949 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND is Plaintiff and HUGO F TORRES-GOMEZ A/K/A HUGO E. TORRES-GOMEZ, FELICIDAD TORRES-GOMEZ, HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FELICIDAD TORRES-GOMEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of August, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1302, Building 13, HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS, a Condominium, Phase I, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in Official Records Book 1150, Page(s) 482 through 547, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page(s) 61 through 64, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
