NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007251ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2004-A5, Plaintiff, and, DE-ROUX, NADINE S., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of August 12, 2015, the following described property:
Lot 25, Block 13, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 3A AND 3B according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 74 through 85, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
