NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000186-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LOIS HILLMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOIS HILLMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK/SEARS GOLD MASTERCARD; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 70 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF, ALL LYING AND BEING SITUATE IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
