Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 49, Block P, WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE- PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 1-35, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 7930 Endless Summer Court; Land o' Lakes, Florida 34637.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on the 19th day of August, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
