NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002674-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Patricia Gunnells a/k/a Patricia A. Gunnells; Ray Gunnells a/k/a Ray D. Gunnells; CACH, LLC are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 8 THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 28 MINUTES 57 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 8, 1000.00 FEET; THENCE DUE NORTH 3852.19 FEET; THENCE DUE WEST 970.80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE DUE SOUTH 38 DEGREES 05 MINUTES 22 SECONDS WEST 225.0 FEET THENCE NORTH 51 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 38 SECONDS WEST 225.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 38 DEGREES 05 MINUTES 22 SECONDS EAST, 225.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 51 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 38 SECONDS EAST 225.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING . THE NORTHWESTERLY 25 FEET AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF BEING RESERVED AS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
