NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000520-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, is the Plaintiff and John A. Eannel Jr., Management Realty Services LLC as Trustee of the Eannel Trust Dated 8/23/04, Rose Eannel aka Rose L. Eannel, Unknown Tenant nka Amanda Ippoliti, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 19th of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
