Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 9, 2015, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 14, DEMOREST, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 22, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the West thereof 15 feet for road right of way,

in an online public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the August 20, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
