Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 9, 2015, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as:
The East ½ of Lot 7, and all of Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, Less the South 80 feet of Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, of Block “G” of RIVERBEND MANOR, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the North 60 feet of the East ½ of the South 140 feet of Lot 7, and the North 60 feet of Lots 8, 9, and 10 of the South 140 feet thereof, Block “G”, Riverbend Manor Subdivision, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 1, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida,

in an online public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the August 18, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
