LOT 32, BLOCK D OF HIDDEN OAKS AT TEMPLE TERRACE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE(S) 24-29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13002 TERRACE SPRINGS DR, TEMPLE TERRACE, FL 33637-3006; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on August 31, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
