NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2015, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 4, 2015, the following described property:
Units 29 and 30, Caribbean Isles Residential Cooperative, a residential cooperative, according to Exhibit B (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 6162, Pages 141, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida (the “Unit”)

FLHMBC52934859A and FLHMBC52934859B, and all personal property located on or in the Unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
