SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural Design Services.

Scope of work: Building Envelope Repairs. Stucco demolition, replacement/repair, and painting. Elastomeric paint removal and repainting. Insulation removal and replacement. Roof replacement. Roof coating. Grading and sodding. Storefront reseal.

PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
& SPECIFICATIONS: 45 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
