NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 14, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-002142 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL THEODORE GATES, JULIE ANN TANCREDI-GATES, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 125 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 72, MAP OF SUTHERLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF SUTHERLAND, PALM HARBOR, FLORIDA, LOCATED IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
