GODFREY III; LINDA A. GODFREY; 1215 BEACH DR NE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A NICOLE LAUBER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 8/31/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1, 1215 BEACH DRIVE NE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14659, PAGE 423, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 35 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
