NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-007836 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and BRUCE SHANKER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRUCE SHANKER; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE 780 20TH AVENUE SOUTH LAND TRUST DATED AUGUST 24, 2005; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HRLD ENTERPRISES, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 780 20TH AVENUE SOUTH LAND TRUST DATED AUGUST 24, 2005; TENANT #1 N/K/A JILLIAN WILLIAMS, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 8/24/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
