NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 08, 2015, and entered in 08-016149-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCE TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-BC1 is the Plaintiff and KETURAH DUBERSTEIN; ESTATE OF CLAUDIA W. DUBERSTEIN; BANK OF AMERICA N. A;. THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CLAUDIA W. DUBERSTEIN A/K/A CLAUDIA WAYNE DUBERSTEIN , DECEASED; JENNETTE DUBERSTEIN A/K/A JENNETTE A. DUBERSTEIN ; DEBORAH D. REEVES A/K/A DEBORAH ANNE REEVES A/K/A DEBORAH A. DUBERSTEIN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF BLOCK 20 OFFICIAL MAP OFTHE TOWN OF TARPON SPRINGS, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FILED FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA APRIL 28, 1883 IN BOOK G, PAGES 800 AND 801. BEGINNING AT A POINT 140 FEET DUE SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST COMER OF SAID BLOCK 20 RUNNING THENCE DUE NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF DISSTON AVENUE 50 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE DUE EAST 140 FEET, THENCE DUE SOUTH 50 FEET, THENCE DUE WEST 140 FEET TO BEGINNING; ALSO, SOUTH 50 FEET OFNORTH 190 FEET OF WEST 140 FEET. SAID LAND BEING IN SECTION 7 TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
