NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Final Default Summary Judgment of Foreclosure of Construction Lien and Judgment for Damages dated May 12, 2015, and entered in Case No.: 15-CO-00672, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas county, Florida, wherein AIR CARE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, INC., Plaintiff and BUDDY J. JOHNSON a/k/a JOHN BUDDY JOHNSON, are Defendant(s). The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 28th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
YACHT CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 3, BLK B, LOT 2, Parcel ID No.: 19-30-15-99270-002-0020, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a/k/a 10042 Commodore Drive, Seminole, Florida 33776.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
