NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-002586 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America Funding Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-D, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Plaintiff and Thomas A. Ruse are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1 OF STARKEY HEIGHTS, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
