NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 10th day of July 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-012510-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENTURE TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, Its Trustee is the Plaintiff and CELESTE GEIST; DANIEL P. GEIST; THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND, IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITOR, LEINORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH OR UINDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND ALL PERSONS, FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING RIGHT, TITTLE OR INTEREST FROM OR UNDER DANIEL P. GEIST; MATTHEW GEIST, KNOWN HAIR OF DANIEL P. GEIST are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 622, BUILDING 3, THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14822, PAGES(S) 374-454, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN MORTGAGE BOOK 15354 PAGE 2379.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
