You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, SOUTH PASADENA MOBILE HOME PARK, INC., a Florida corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
South Pasadena Mobile Home Park, Inc., 801 - 64th Street South, Lot #31-A, St. Petersburg, FL 33707; together with all of Assignors interest in the Master Form of Right of Exclusive Possession Agreement recorded on September 9, 1993 in Official Records Book 8397, Page 903, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all of Assignors interest in and to Lot #31-A, Parcel ID #29-31-16-84352-000-0311, and the corresponding Stock Certificate and all of Assignors interest in the common expenses and common surplus of equity ownership in South Pasadena Mobile Home Park, Inc., 801 - 64th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33707
The street address of the Property is 801 - 64th Street South, Lot #31-A, St. Petersburg, FL 33707, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 29-31-16-84352-000-0311.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1955 COMM Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Number 54163, and Title Number 0010406168.
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., [email protected], and/or Andrew J. McBride, Esq., [email protected], Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
