NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2015, and entered in 09-022155-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-E is the Plaintiff and PHILLIP J. STEWART JR. A/K/A PHILLIP STEWART, JR. (DECEASED); THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PHILLIP J. STEWART, JR. A/K/A PHILLIP STEWART, JR. A/K/A PHILLIP JAMES STEWART, JR., DECEASED; MARY STALTER; ROBERT STALTER; PHILL STEWART SR.; MICHAEL STEWART; GERALD STEWART; JOSHUA STALTER; JASMINE STEWART; RACHAEL STALTER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, AND THAT PORTION OF LOT 2 LYING EAST OF A LINE STARTING 30 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, AND RUNNING IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 150, OF THE TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS FILED FOR RECORD ON MARCH 29, 1988, WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
