NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-000466 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Homebanc Mortgage Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Carmen B. Inclan, Individually and as Trustee of the Carmen B. Inclan Revocable Living Trust, dated 3-20-03 and Christina Lorences, Individually and as Trustee of the Christina Lorences Revocable Living Trust, dated 3-20-03 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 3, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 107, LA CONTESSA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 127, PAGES 53 THROUGH 75, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12504, PAGES 1080 THROUGH 1159, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
