NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-006020-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE D. CROW, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE CROW FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 8, 2005, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25, Block A, LA SALLE GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
