NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-006016-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NANCY C. SPARKS is the Plaintiff, and LAW OF ATTRACTION OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC., a Florida corporation, BRETT O'NEILL and MICHELLE A. O'NEILL, f/k/a MICHELLE ANGELA BIHOREL, his wife, COMPLETE A/C TRUCK AND AUTO REPAIR, INC., a Florida corporation, WILLIAM EASON, and KEN BURKE AS CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR THE STATE OF FLORIDA, are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com
at 10:00 a.m., on August 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
That part of the North Ten (N. 10) acres of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 3, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the S.E. corner of said North 10 acres (less the right of way of Alternate 19) and run thence North along the West right of way line of said U.S. Alternate 19 for a distance of 150 feet; thence run West a distance of 100 feet; thence run South a distance of 150 feet; thence run East a distance of 100 feet to the point on the West right of way line of U.S. Alternate 19, being the point of beginning.
