NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2015, and entered in the above-captioned Case No. 2014-CA-002217 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JONATHAN BRESEE, J.B. and S.B., MINOR CHILDREN OF JONATHAN BRESEE, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES AND CLAIMANTS OF THE ESTATE OF JONATHAN BRESEE, PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, and STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of August, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
