NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 23rd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023803-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-2 is Plaintiff and E. RONALD JEAN-BAPTISTE; JULIETTE JEAN-BAPTISTE A/K/A JULIETTE JEAN-BAPISTE A/K/A JULIETTE J. BABTISTE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A YANIE JEAN-BAPTISTE AND GENEVIEVE JEAN-BAPTISTE; THE PINES OF WEKIVA HOMEOWENRS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51 OF THE PINES OF WEKIVA SECTION IV PHASE 1 TRACT E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE(S) 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
