NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-011516-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARCO DIAZ; WINTER PARK VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CACH, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 8/21/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 672 IN BUILDING 12 OF WINTER PARK VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8249, PAGE 2708, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
